Change, What Do You Mean You Want to Make a Change?
" Change Orders" are expected in a custom home project and the earlier you make them, preferably before the walls go up, the easier and cheaper it will be to accommodate your requests. The change order process and associated costs should be clearly defined in the contract with prices agreed upon up front (i.e. carpenters = $45/ hour, etc).
